What it is
A low, wind-shedding two-person shelter meant for exposed ground rather than campsites. The fly pitches first, so you can set it up in rain without wetting the inner.
Repair, not replace
Pole sections, shock cord, guy line and zip sliders are all stock parts we keep for ten years. The seam tape is the one thing that eventually fails on every tent — ours is a strip you can peel and re-run with a $12 tube, and the instructions are printed on the stuff sack.
Honest limits
It is not a four-season mountaineering tent and we do not sell it as one. Above treeline in winter you want more pole and more fabric than this has.
Service
Free spares for a decade. Repairs at cost, whatever caused the damage.
