Useful things to include
- Spares — the part number from the diagram in your product, plus a shipping address.
- Repairs — a photograph of the damage. Most of the time we can tell you whether it is a part or a bench job from the photo.
- Sizing — your torso length in centimetres for packs, measured from the C7 vertebra to the top of your hip bones. Chest and waist sizes do not help us fit a pack.
- “Is this coming back in stock?” — the product name. Runs are small and we can usually give you a real date.
What we answer badly
Requests to compare our gear against a competitor’s by spec sheet. We have not tested theirs and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
