Thirty days, used is fine
Take it outside. If it is not right, send it back within thirty days even if it has been used — we would rather have it back muddy than have you keep something that does not work.
Who pays postage
- Arrived faulty or not as described — we pay both ways. Send a photo first; we can often settle it with a part instead of a return.
- Changed your mind — you pay return postage, we refund the item in full.
- Wrong size — you pay one way, we cover the reshipment.
What we do not take back
Life-safety hardware that has been loaded, and anything modified by a third-party repairer. Both for the same reason: we can no longer vouch for it.
After thirty days
It stops being a return and becomes a repair, which we do at cost for the life of the product. That is usually the better outcome anyway.
